The short answer

Choose San Juan, then the actual guest street and room plan.

Choose your San Juan base

Open the San Juan area guide to compare three guest streets. Old San Juan gives the historic-city base. Condado gives a separate Ashford Avenue choice. Isla Verde gives the resort comparison in Carolina.

Keep that actual location with the booking. A hotel name that includes San Juan does not mean its guest door is in Old San Juan. Choose the trips you want to repeat, then compare the room that works for your party.

Read the room and guest terms

Check the property policy before the beds. A hotel can list two-Queen rooms and still be adults-only. A room for four may ask guests to share its two main beds. Neither label gives four separate sleeping places.

Read the full view and outdoor-space label too. Lagoon and ocean views give different choices. A partial view has a limit. A Juliet balcony is not the same as a furnished terrace.

If the owner page gives conflicting bed details, ask for the exact setup before booking. Keep that answer with the offer you choose, along with all the guests who will use the room.

Plan the actual airport pickup and the route to the guest door. Use the live airport and hotel pages for your dates, rather than a general city label or old driving estimate.

For another destination, return to the city and country finder. To flag an error, send the page and source.
