The short answer
Choose Casa Ágape for town, Aluna for an inland Aldea Zamá stay, or La Zebra for the beach road. Casa Ágape lists king-plus-double suites for four. At Aluna, confirm the room’s beds and route to any rooftop space. At La Zebra, choose the exact building and category: direct sand access, private pools and family bedrooms on different floors are separate features.
Compare town, inland Aldea Zamá and the coast through the room beds and outdoor spaces you need. Choose the daily routine as well as the hotel, with a separate plan for any beach-club journey.
Casa Ágape names king/double Garden and Balcony suites for four, with a separate Diamante K beach club. Aluna names Essential terrace, Premium balcony and king Jacuzzi suites; its Queen Queen Accessible is a separate product. La Zebra separates direct-sand front rooms, private pools and two-bedroom layouts on different floors.
Read each area's full choice notes
Area: Tulum town: Casa Ágape, Calle Polar Poniente
Best fit
Choose town plans with a king and double for four guests.
Trade-off
Diamante K beach club is separate. A Suite title does not establish two closed bedrooms.
Arrival
Confirm whether you fly into Tulum or Cancún, then book to Calle Polar Poniente, lot 10.
On foot
Plan the separate journey to Diamante K and confirm club entry and transport terms.
Room noise
Garden and balcony are outlooks. Ask about the selected room’s position if noise matters.
Area: Aldea Zamá: Aluna, Avenida Itzamná
Best fit
Choose an inland hotel with the terrace, balcony or Jacuzzi layout you want.
Trade-off
Confirm ordinary room beds and guests. The accessible two-queen category is separate, and rooftop spaces need their own access check.
Arrival
Book from your flight’s airport to Avenida Itzamná, Polígono 0014, lots 1-11.
On foot
Choose a beach destination and plan both journeys. An inland hotel does not give direct beach access.
Room noise
Ask about the room’s noise exposure and internet needs rather than relying on the area name.
Area: Beach road: La Zebra, Boca Paila kilometre 8.2
Best fit
Choose beach time through a named front room and bedroom level.
Trade-off
Private pools belong to particular categories. Family bedrooms can be on different floors, and Jungle Double bed descriptions differ.
Arrival
Confirm the selected La Zebra building and guest entrance with your airport provider.
On foot
Direct-sand ground-floor rooms differ from upper, loft and split-level layouts. Ask about actual steps and thresholds.
Room noise
A beachfront view does not settle noise or sea conditions. Check the room and current conditions for your visit.
Town base with an explicit king-and-double suite for four
Trade-off
Suite not two closed rooms; Balcony floor/route needs check; Club access not automatic transport or all fees; rate meal coverage for whole party needed.
Aldea Zamá hotel with a real terrace or king Jacuzzi suite
Trade-off
Ordinary beds/full party not established from named outside space; Rooftop route needs check; Inland hotel; no generic sea-view or old-brand benefit promise.
Beach stay with exact sand access, private pool or bedroom levels
Trade-off
No full guest count inferred from bedroom count; JungleDouble single/double bed wording conflicts; Upper/loft/villa choices need actual building and route.
Choose where to stay in Tulum through the room and the daily return. Casa Ágape gives the town choice with king-plus-double suites and a separate sister beach club. Aluna gives an inland Aldea Zamá choice with terrace, balcony and Jacuzzi products. La Zebra gives the beach-road choice, with exact pools and bedroom levels to check. Pick the beds your party can use, then the route that makes the visit work.
Choose Casa Ágape for town plans if its king and double fit your party. Choose Aluna Resort for an Aldea Zamá hotel base, keeping ordinary rooms, named accessible rooms and rooftop suites distinct. Choose La Zebra for repeated beach time through the actual ground-floor, upper-level or split-bedroom product. Get the full party accepted and the exact guest entrance before booking the airport ride. A beach-club benefit is not a beach behind a town room.
Choose Tulum town when meals and outings from the pueblo lead the trip. Casa Ágape is at Calle Polar Poniente, lot 10. Keep that precise address with the room and airport booking. Ask where the vehicle can stop and how to reach reception with bags; a broad town label does not settle the final approach.
Casa Ágape's current owner room list separates Garden and Balcony suites. Both name a king bed and a double bed, with a four-person limit. That is useful evidence for a family that can share the double.
It is not four single beds, and the word Suite does not prove two closed bedrooms. Ask for a room plan if one child needs to sleep while others stay up. A bed count and a guest count answer different questions from a bedroom door.
Use the Garden choice if its outside space meets your needs, then check how that terrace opens and who can pass it. Use the Balcony choice if an upper outlook matters, then ask for its actual floor and the bag route. The page names air conditioning and a private bathroom for the rooms. It does not establish a lift route from the street to every suite. A family with a pushchair should settle that route before a balcony photo makes the choice.
The shared rooftop pool and restaurant belong to the hotel offer. They do not turn a Garden suite into a private-pool room, or make a Balcony suite face the sea. Think about when you will use those shared spaces. A late meal upstairs may be handy after a day out, while an early departure may need a different breakfast plan. Get current opening times for your dates rather than turn a rooftop feature into an all-day service promise.
The owner's room features include breakfast, but keep the actual rate with the full party. Ask whether the four named guests have the same meal terms and what happens on an early tour day. A room that accepts four does not prove that every guest has an extra bed, a child's menu or meals beyond breakfast. The useful comparison is the bill for your own stay. That includes the chosen beds and the food you will need outside the named plan.
Casa Ágape also names access to the sister Diamante K beach club. This is a separate place, rather than a beach behind the town hotel. Check what the current access covers and how the trip there works.
In particular, ask about any transport or entry, and spending terms for your date. Do not read the word free as a promise that every journey and every service at the other property is included. Keep the club address distinct from the room address on an airport booking.
This distinction matters if you expect to move between a pool, a nap and the beach all day. A town room with club access may work well for one planned beach outing. It is a different routine from stepping out of a beach-front room several times.
Make that choice before comparing room style. If a return trip is needed for each rest break, put those journeys into the day you actually want. The hotel can still be the right base, but for a clear reason.
For a short visit, list the town meals or trips that bring you back to the pueblo. Then compare the Casa Ágape finish with the actual beach road finish at La Zebra. Do not add a fixed taxi price or a promised drive time from an old guide. A real quote needs the date and the guest door. A return booking needs the pickup point too, especially when the beach outing ends at a club with a different name from your hotel.
For a longer stay, ask how the room handles the daily tasks that matter to you. A desk in a listing does not prove measured Wi-Fi speed, and a minibar is not a kitchen. Check food storage and any work needs with the actual room. If cooking most meals is central to the trip, this suite should not win on a feature that belongs to a different apartment. Compare an actual self-catering offer on its own terms rather than invent one here.
The town label is also not a tested sleep grade. Ask where the selected room sits in relation to the street and the shared rooftop spaces. If sleep at a set hour matters, get a room position and the current event pattern.
Ask about the garden-facing room’s position and nearby activity if quiet matters. A different outlook does not establish silence. Tell the hotel your sleep needs and ask which room position it can confirm for your dates.
Casa Ágape is the strongest fit here when town plans earn the base and its king-plus-double setup fits the party. It is weaker when everyone needs their own bed or daily beach access must be at the room door. Resolve those points before an outside space decides the booking. Then get the guest entrance and the airport meeting plan in writing. That leaves a practical town stay, with the sister beach club used as a separate option rather than an assumed private shoreline.
Choose Aluna Resort Tulum when an inland Aldea Zamá base suits the stay and beach time can be a separate outing. Use Avenida Itzamná, Polígono 0014, lots 1-11, for the arrival. Confirm the actual room’s beds and outdoor space before planning the coast return.
Keep the exact property and address together. Older articles use Kimpton Aluna, but this guide follows the current owner name and room pages. A past brand label should not decide which benefits a new booking includes.
Aluna's Essential and Premium products differ in their named outside space. Essential lists a terrace, while Premium lists a balcony. Neither name supplies a full bed list or a whole-party limit in the owner text reviewed.
Ask for both with the actual offer. Do not borrow two queen beds from the separate accessible product and attach them to every Essential room. The ordinary room and the named accessible room need to stay distinct even when part of the name overlaps.
The current Queen Queen Essential Accessible page does give a specific bed claim: two queen beds. It also names a terrace with direct pool access and accessible roll-in showers. These are useful owner features, with limits.
They do not amount to an independent survey of the route from the vehicle to the room. Ask about the door widths and the places where help may be needed for your own chair or mobility aid. Keep the named room on the confirmation rather than a general request for an accessible hotel.
Direct pool access can be a benefit, but think about the actual terrace route for your party. A family with young children may want to know how the terrace door closes and how the pool edge is separated. Someone who needs step-free access should ask about changes of level at that same door. Those are different questions, and neither is answered by two queen beds. Use the owner feature to ask a more precise question rather than infer the complete room layout.
The Suite lists a king bed and a private balcony with a Jacuzzi. The One Bed Room Suite lists a king too, but puts the Jacuzzi on a private rooftop and also names a private balcony. Keep those two layouts apart.
A rooftop feature brings a route question that a balcony feature may not share. Ask how the rooftop is reached and whether everyone who wants to use it can do so. Do not assume a private roof is on the same level as the bed.
The suite page does not establish every guest's sleeping place or the maximum party in the text reviewed. A larger floor area is not proof of an extra bed. Nor is One Bed Room a promise of a second room for children.
Give the hotel the full ages and ask where each person will sleep in the exact product. If the reply depends on a sofa or an extra bed, get its setup and any charge. That answer should come before a private hot tub earns the upgrade.
Aluna is inland in Aldea Zamá despite broad sea-view language on its guest-room page. Ask the hotel to confirm the outlook of the exact room you would receive before choosing it for a sea view.
Ask for the actual outlook if it matters. A terrace or balcony can still be useful without a coast view. The key is to compare the space the product actually names rather than a wide claim elsewhere on the page.
Plan the inland base around days that make sense from the real guest door. A label between town and beach does not prove that both are a short walk in the heat. Get the exact destination and return method for each outing. A trip to La Zebra's part of the coast is not the same as a trip to a northern beach club. Choose the route for the place you want to reach, rather than draw one straight line from an area name to the sea.
For work and rest days, ask how the selected room and shared spaces suit the hours you keep. The current room page names air conditioning. A Wi-Fi feature or a pool image is still not a test of speed or quiet at your desk. If calls are essential, get the room's actual work setup and a backup plan. If you will be out all day, that same room may work through its bed and return route without needing to serve as a full-time office.
Meal terms need their own rate check at Aluna. A restaurant in the hotel is not proof that every meal is included, and a private Jacuzzi is not an all-inclusive plan. Ask what the chosen rate covers for the whole party.
Put any beach-club offer in a separate line with its current address and terms. Do not transfer Casa Ágape's sister-club access to Aluna just because both hotels are inland. Each benefit needs to belong to the actual property you book.
Aluna is the useful comparison when the named terrace or suite setup earns an inland hotel stay. It loses ground if the daily plan needs direct sand access or if a still-unknown bed limit is central to the party. Resolve the room list first, then price the actual coast and town journeys. Keep the current hotel name with the address on all transport details. That gives Aldea Zamá a clear role in the trip without pretending that its map position removes every transfer.
Choose La Zebra when staying beside the beach leads the visit. It is on the Boca Paila beach road at kilometre 8.2, with several room groups and different internal levels. Confirm the exact building and room that get your party from the beds to the outside space you want each day.
The Beachfront Ground Floor room lists a king bed, a front porch and direct sand access. The named Ground Level plus Pool adds a private plunge pool and an outdoor shower. For an elevated stay, the Beachfront Penthouse plus Pool is an elevated choice with a king and a private pool.
These are distinct products. If you want to walk straight out to the sand, keep the ground-floor feature on the offer. If a private pool is essential, do not assume it comes with every front room.
Sea View also has several forms. The Ground Floor plus Pool names a king and a private plunge pool. The Balcony Room names a king and a private balcony.
A sea-view room is not the same claim as a front room with direct sand access, and a balcony is not a private pool. Compare the route and the outside space you will use. A view may be enough for one party, while another will care more about the ground-level finish after each swim.
The Two Bedroom Sea View Suite needs a more careful layout check. The owner calls it two split bedrooms and describes one balcony space and another with a plunge pool and terrace. That does not establish every bed or the full accepted party in the text reviewed. Ask where the doors are and how guests move between the rooms. If young children need an adult close by at night, the real link between the spaces matters more than the number two in the title.
The Beachside Family Two Bedroom Suite is explicit about a different constraint: the bedrooms are on different floors. Treat that split-level plan as a real choice. It can suit guests who want space apart, but it may not suit a family that needs one shared level.
Get the bed list and the route between rooms before booking. Do not call it an easy family layout for all ages just because Family is in the name. A floor plan is more useful than that broad label.
The Garden Two Bedroom Suite has two private rooms close together. Close together is not proof of an internal connecting door. Ask how the two spaces join and whether any shared passage lies between them.
Keep the Garden location distinct from Beachfront too. A group can still prefer those rooms if the layout works, but it should make that choice with the real route. Do not combine one product's two bedrooms with another product's direct beach door.
La Zebra's current Jungle Double text contains a bed conflict. The heading says two single beds, while the prose says two double beds. We leave that unresolved.
Ask the owner to confirm the exact beds on the offer instead of choosing whichever phrase fits the party. A double and a single can lead to a different sharing plan, especially for friends. The room should not win a comparison until everyone knows where they will sleep.
Other names bring their own level and privacy questions. The Jungle Suite Balcony uses a loft-style description, while the Jungle Suite Terrace sits slightly above ground level. The Casita lists a queen bed, with an open-air shower and an outdoor freestanding bath.
Those features may be the appeal, but none is a whole-property access guarantee. Ask about the actual steps and the bathroom setup if either matters to your stay. The room name alone does not settle privacy or ease of use.
The current site spans a wider room collection and related hotel spaces. Keep the actual building and entrance on the confirmation, especially for a villa or a room sold under a related name. This shortlist does not transfer a large villa's connecting-room claim to every La Zebra suite. Ask the property to identify the exact unit on a plan. That also gives the airport driver a useful finish, rather than a family of hotel names along the beach road.
The owner names a dedicated beach bed among its room features. It also lists daily filtered water and in-room coffee. These do not make the stay an all-meal plan, or make every wellness service free.
Get the rate's actual food terms and any current access rules for shared hotel spaces. If children are part of the booking, ask which services cover their ages. A family-friendly page tells you the hotel welcomes that trip type; it does not prove every product accepts the same party.
Choose the beach base because you want repeated time at the shore, while keeping day trips and town meals as separate journeys. Ask about current beach conditions for the visit rather than judge the whole season from a historical photo. A private pool can give another way to spend time outside, but it does not guarantee calm sea conditions. Our hero is a licensed historical coast view, not this hotel's room outlook or a report of today's shoreline. The named room and the actual date should decide the booking.
The diagram uses Trip.com hotel locations to compare town, inland Aldea Zamá and the beach road. Plan actual roads, park access and beach entrances separately. Ask about the hotel’s arrival entrance and the return route you will repeat; the property markers do not show those details.
Open the map at full size. Original point map from cited coordinates, checked October 2026. No street map or route geometry is reused.
Compare the three settings through the beds, guest limits and routes your party needs. Confirm the actual building, private outdoor space and any pool in the room you choose. Keep Casa Ágape’s separate beach-club journey and Aluna’s inland position clear alongside La Zebra’s beach-road categories.
Casa Ágape Boutique Hotel
Best for: Choose town with a king-and-double suite for four.
Location: Calle Polar Poniente, lot 10, Tulum.
Official evidence: Garden and Balcony suites list a king and double for four, with air conditioning and a private bathroom. The rooftop pool and restaurant are shared; Diamante K club access is separate.
Trade-off: A suite does not establish two closed bedrooms. Confirm balcony access, club transport or fees, and breakfast for every guest.
Before booking: Confirm the named suite and ages, plus sharing plan and floor, plus luggage route. Check the separate beach-club terms and airport pickup.
Official evidence: Essential has a terrace and Premium a balcony. Queen Queen Essential Accessible has two queens, a roll-in shower and pool terrace. The king suites have balcony or rooftop Jacuzzis.
Trade-off: Confirm ordinary room beds and the full party. Ask about the rooftop route. An inland address does not promise a sea view or older brand benefits.
Before booking: Confirm the exact room, every bed and guest or terrace, or rooftop access and meals, plus the coast return. Ask for dimensions if booking the accessible category.
Best for: Choose the beach through the exact sand access and pool, plus bedroom levels.
Location: Carretera Tulum–Boca Paila, kilometre 8.2, Tulum.
Official evidence: Beachfront ground-floor rooms can have a king and direct sand access. Named pool rooms are separate. Some family bedrooms are on different floors; Garden rooms may simply be close together.
Trade-off: Confirm the full party and beds. Jungle Double’s single and double descriptions differ, and upper or loft, or villa layouts need a specific building and route.
Before booking: Confirm the room, building, entrance, all guests and sleeping places. Ask about pool inclusion, bedroom access, meal terms and current beach conditions.
Tulum airport arrival: TQO or CUN and the actual town, Aldea Zamá or beach finish
Start with the airport on the flight ticket. Tulum International Airport and Cancún International Airport are separate arrivals, with TQO and CUN used to distinguish them. Tell the hotel the exact one before you ask for a transfer. The government airport page points to the Tulum airport's official site, but its old construction text is not a current timetable. We do not turn that background page into a promise of a bus departure or a fixed road journey.
For a TQO arrival, get the actual transport provider and meeting instructions for the flight. Ask what happens if the plane or bags are late. Give the full party and the luggage that must fit in the vehicle. The final destination should be Casa Ágape's town reception, Aluna's Avenida Itzamná address or the exact La Zebra guest entrance. A booking that only says Tulum leaves the most useful part of the trip unfinished.
For a CUN arrival, use the airport's current service information and a quote that names the chosen Tulum hotel. A Cancún city bus service is not proof of a direct bus to every Tulum guest door. If you use a coach, identify the actual stop and the next journey from there. A town stop can still leave a separate ride to Aldea Zamá or the beach road. Keep that finish in the budget and in the arrival plan rather than assume the coach drops you at reception.
Do not join a sister beach club's address to the town hotel's room booking. Casa Ágape's Diamante K access is useful only with its separate route and terms understood. Equally, La Zebra's room name needs to lead to its actual building and guest entrance. Ask the hotel to send the same destination to you and the provider. That simple check is more useful than a generic distance to Tulum on a booking page.
The departure deserves the same detail. Give the return flight's airport code and ask for the pickup point and the provider's current advice on timing. This guide does not quote a fixed drive time or fare, or first and last departure. Those depend on the selected service and date. Leave room in your plan for the real check-in requirements of your flight, and get any child seat or mobility needs accepted before the vehicle is booked.
Tulum for first visits, family beds and a real town or beach routine
For a first visit, choose the routine you most want to repeat. Casa Ágape makes the town hotel comparison, with a real king-plus-double setup and a separate beach club. Aluna makes the Aldea Zamá comparison, with terrace and balcony, plus private hot-tub products that need their own bed and route checks.
La Zebra makes the direct beach comparison through exact ground-floor or upper-level rooms. None needs to be called the best for every first trip. The useful answer is the base that makes your own days work.
For families, write down every age and every sleeping place before you count pools. Casa Ágape has an explicit four-person king-and-double room plan. Aluna's named accessible room lists two queens, while its ordinary products still need the actual bed and guest limit. La Zebra has two-bedroom choices with distinct floor plans, including bedrooms on different floors. A larger title is not a substitute for an accepted party, and a family name does not remove the need to know where the children sleep.
For friends, decide which beds can be shared. Casa Ágape's double can be right for one group and wrong for another. Aluna's king suites need an actual party limit rather than an assumed spare bed.
La Zebra's unresolved Jungle Double wording should trigger a written bed check. If a group needs three separate rooms, ask for that real offer. Do not stretch one suite's capacity by adding a sofa that the current owner page has not named.
For couples, compare the private outside space with the level and the route. An Aluna rooftop Jacuzzi can be the reason to book, provided its access works for both guests. A La Zebra ground-level front room may win because it puts the beach at the door. A Casa Ágape balcony may suit a trip that returns to town each evening. Keep meal terms beside those choices, since a private feature does not establish the full food bill for the stay.
For guests with access needs, start with the named room and the complete guest route. Aluna provides specific accessible-room features, including roll-in showers, which gives a clearer starting question than a broad district label. Ask for the actual route from the vehicle through the hotel and into the bathroom. At the other properties, ground-level wording still needs a check for steps or thresholds. This guide reports owner features and public property points; it does not claim an independent access inspection.
For a split stay, make each move earn its packing day. Town nights and beach nights can give two different routines, but an extra transfer also takes time from the visit. Check both properties' room terms before settling dates, then plan the luggage move between the actual doors. You can also choose one base and make a clear beach or town outing. The decision should come from the days you want and the rooms your party can use, with offers and live prices left for the eventual booking check.
Before you choose a room
Choose town plans, an inland hotel base or repeated beach time.
At Casa Ágape, match four guests to king and double, not two closed bedrooms.
Keep Diamante K club access separate from the room door and actual transport/entry terms.
At Aluna, get ordinary room beds and party limits; named accessible two queens is distinct.
Separate balcony Jacuzzi from private rooftop Jacuzzi and get the route.
At La Zebra, keep direct sand, private pool and actual bedroom floors with the named room.
Resolve Jungle Double bed wording and every guest sleeping place before booking.
Give TQO or CUN, actual flight and exact guest entrance to the transport provider.
Open the hotel you chose on Trip.com and check the exact room before you pay.
This is desk research from the sources linked below, with hotel location and feature checks in October 2026. We have not stayed at or tested these hotels. The area choices express our judgment about trip fit. No price, availability, safety grade or service rating is implied.
Casa Ágape: town hotel and separate sister beach club: Casa Agape describes a shared rooftop pool and separate beach-club access, so confirm transport and entry terms rather than assume the town hotel sits on the beach.
Casa Ágape: current Garden and Balcony suites: Casa Agape lists king-and-double suites for four with different outdoor spaces, but a suite name does not establish two bedrooms or a guaranteed lift approach.
Casa Agape: terms and conditions: Casa Agape gives its downtown Calle Polar Poniente address, which helps identify the property without establishing an airport transfer from conflicting merchant wording.
Aluna Resort Tulum: Aluna gives its Aldea Zamá address and current resort name, which should be used instead of assuming older Kimpton branding still supplies the same loyalty benefits.
Aluna: Essential terrace and Premium balcony: Aluna separates terrace from balcony categories and lists air conditioning, but confirm the actual beds and guest limit rather than rely on general room imagery.
Aluna: balcony versus rooftop Jacuzzi suites: Aluna's named suites describe private balconies or rooftops with Jacuzzi baths, which does not establish a full guest party or extra bed from the suite title alone.
Aluna: named Queen Queen Essential Accessible: The adapted room description lists two queens and roll-in showers with pool access, so confirm the dimensions and whole vehicle-to-room route for your needs.
La Zebra: beach-road property and current collection: La Zebra describes a beach hotel with a wider room collection, so identify the actual building and entrance rather than transfer adjoining villa features to every product.
La Zebra: current beds and pools, with split-level rooms: La Zebra distinguishes private pools and multi-level bedroom layouts by category, while conflicting Jungle Double bed wording still needs confirmation for the actual room.
La Zebra: family welcome not every room capacity: La Zebra describes family services, but those features do not establish every room's beds, child limits or included meals without the actual booking terms.
Hilton: La Zebra, an SLH Hotel: Hilton identifies La Zebra's beach-road location, helping distinguish this property from other hotels or villas connected with the wider brand.
Grupo Mundo Maya: official Tulum airport pointer: The government airport operator links the current airport site, while older construction information does not establish today's transport timetable or transfer price.
Tulum airport: official site, schedule not established: The airport site provides current airport information, but a limited public transport display does not establish a fixed bus service or journey time to your hotel.
Trip.com: Casa Ágape Boutique Hotel location: The listing places Casa Ágape Boutique Hotel in Tulum for the hotel map; check the hotel’s own directions for the entrance and your route.
Trip.com: Aluna Resort Tulum location: The listing places Aluna Resort Tulum in Tulum for the hotel map; check the hotel’s own directions for the entrance and your route.
Trip.com: La Zebra Tulum location: The listing places La Zebra Tulum in Tulum for the hotel map; check the hotel’s own directions for the entrance and your route.
A dated check records what the source said at that point. It does not guarantee that the stay or route is unchanged. If you spot an error, send the page and the correction. We can then recheck the affected hotel or area, or arrival note.
Choose Casa Ágape for town plans with a real king-and-double suite, Aluna for an Aldea Zamá hotel base or La Zebra for repeated beach time. Then check the actual beds and guest route. A separate beach-club benefit does not put the town room beside the sand, and an inland location does not remove the coast journey.
Is Casa Ágape on the beach?
Casa Ágape is in town at Calle Polar Poniente, lot 10. Diamante K beach-club access is separate. Confirm the current entry and transport, plus spending terms for your dates, then plan the return. Use the town hotel as the airport destination when that is where your room is booked.
Do all Aluna Essential rooms have two queen beds?
The current owner names two queens on the specific Queen Queen Essential Accessible page, with roll-in showers and a terrace that gives direct pool access. The ordinary Essential description names a terrace but does not establish every bed or the full party in the text reviewed. Get the actual product confirmed rather than transfer one room’s features to all Essential rooms.
Are Aluna’s Jacuzzi suites on the same level?
The Suite lists a private balcony with a Jacuzzi. The One Bed Room Suite lists a private balcony and a private rooftop with a Jacuzzi. Ask how the rooftop is reached and get the actual guest and bed setup. A larger suite name is not proof that every guest can use every outside level without steps.
Are La Zebra’s two-bedroom family rooms on one floor?
The current Beachside Family Two Bedroom Suite description explicitly puts bedrooms on different floors. Sea View and Garden two-bedroom products have other layouts, with full bed lists and links between rooms still to check. Keep the actual product on the offer and request a plan if room-to-room access matters for children or anyone in the party.
Does every La Zebra room have a private pool?
Private plunge pools belong to named products, including specific front, sea-view or garden pool rooms. Other named rooms have a porch or balcony. Choose the exact category, then confirm the accepted party and route. The Jungle Double page also has conflicting single-versus-double bed wording, which needs a written bed check rather than an assumption.
Verdict: where to stay in Tulum
Choose where to stay in Tulum through the room your party can use and the daily route you want. Match Casa Ágape’s town suites and separate club access, Aluna’s inland rooms and Jacuzzi levels or La Zebra’s exact sand and pool choices, with bedroom-floor choice. Resolve beds and meal terms before outside space wins. Then book the actual TQO or CUN meeting point and the selected guest entrance for your visit.
Open the hotel you chose on Trip.com and check the exact room before you pay.
