The short answer
Choose Hotel Murillo at Lope de Rueda 7-9 for Santa Cruz, with Standard beds or a Superior terrace confirmed. In El Arenal, Las Casas de El Arenal at Castelar 16 offers named rooms for two people plus a cot. Compare Zenit at Pagés del Corro 90 for Triana; confirm the beds or connecting pair and garage approach.
Compare Santa Cruz, El Arenal and Triana through each hotel’s sleeping plan and outdoor features. Keep the actual guest entrance and any parking approach with the room choice.
Murillo separates Standard bed formats and Superior private terrace from its separate kitchen suites. Arenal keeps Classic, Deluxe and Deluxe Plus at two people plus a cot, with twins only a Classic request. Zenit separates ordinary hotel rooms and linked pairs from its Goodnight kitchen apartments, with real party acceptance needed.
Read each area's full choice notes
Area: Santa Cruz: Hotel Murillo, Calle Lope de Rueda 7-9
Best fit
Choose Santa Cruz with the Standard beds or the Superior room’s private terrace.
Trade-off
Confirm the party and ages for an extra bed. Kitchen suites at other group properties are separate from the main hotel rooms.
Arrival
Agree the vehicle stopping place and final approach to Calle Lope de Rueda 7-9.
On foot
Compare the journeys you will repeat from this Santa Cruz address. A district label does not give every walking time.
Room noise
Ask about the selected room’s outlook and nearby activity if noise matters to the stay.
Area: El Arenal: Las Casas, Calle Castelar 16
Best fit
Choose a Castelar return with a two-person room and any cot agreed.
Trade-off
Classic twin requests depend on availability at arrival. Ask what swimming or spa facility will be available before making it the reason to book.
Arrival
Reception uses Calle Castelar 16 within the wider 14-16 address. Limited off-site parking needs a separate plan.
On foot
El Arenal lies between the cathedral and city-hall side of the centre and the river. Check your particular routes.
Room noise
Deluxe faces outward; ask about the precise Classic room if its outlook or noise exposure matters.
Area: Triana: Zenit, Calle Pagés del Corro 90
Best fit
Choose Triana for an agreed main-bed setup or a pair of rooms with an internal connection.
Trade-off
Confirm every bed in the pair. The pool has seasonal and rain closures; kitchen apartments are a separate offer.
Arrival
Ask whether the temporary vehicle approach via Ruiseñor still applies on your arrival date.
On foot
Compare the river crossing and destinations you will use from this hotel, including slopes and steps if relevant.
Room noise
The hotel describes soundproofing. Ask about the room’s position and nearby activity if sleep at a set hour matters.
Choose where to stay in Seville through the room your party can use and the return you want to repeat. Murillo gives a Santa Cruz choice through its own rooms, distinct from the group’s kitchen suites. Las Casas de El Arenal gives Castelar with two-person rooms and a cot limit. Zenit gives Triana through ordinary rooms or a confirmed linked pair. Settle beds and any outdoor feature first, then the real guest entrance and current arrival route.
Compare Murillo for a Santa Cruz stay with the real Standard beds or Superior private terrace. Choose Las Casas de El Arenal for its Castelar return and a named two-person room, with any cot and pool question checked. Choose Zenit when Triana and its real beds or linked rooms earn the base; keep kitchens with the separate apartment product. Then confirm the real arrival and, for Zenit drivers, the current vehicle entrance.
Choose Hotel Murillo when a Santa Cruz return is part of the stay you want. The real hotel is at Lope de Rueda 7-9, with its own room list. That address matters more than a broad historic-centre tag when you arrange arrival or compare the evening walk back. Use the exact door against your planned visits before deciding that a hotel in this part of Seville solves every day in the same way.
The Murillo website also lists several separate suite properties. Its opening text talks about rooms and suites with kitchens across the group. That does not establish a kitchen in a Standard room at Hotel Murillo. Keep Reinoso and the named Murillo suite addresses distinct from the main hotel. A cooking space can change a family or longer stay, so it needs to belong to the real product you book, rather than a nearby choice under the same brand.
For a solo guest, the main hotel's Single room detail lists a single bed and private bathroom. A nearby icon uses twin-bed wording, so ask about the real bed if that will decide the room. The useful starting point is a room intended for one person. Do not infer a two-person capacity or twin setup from that small icon. A clear reply from the hotel can settle the bed without treating a shorthand label as the full room plan.
Standard gives several bed formats in the owner text: one double, two singles, or two singles with an extra bed. That makes it a useful room to ask about for a pair or a group of three. Give the hotel all ages and ask which format is being offered. A room list with three possible setups does not promise that any booking called Standard contains the extra sleeping place. The real offer must name the version your party can use.
For two friends, the twin format may be the reason to choose Standard. Get that choice agreed with the exact booking, rather than assuming the word Double means either bed setup at will. For a couple, the double may work well. The hotel room name covers more than one setup, which is useful flexibility only when the real sleeping places are clear. The lower rate is not better value if it leaves an essential bed choice unresolved.
For three people, the two singles plus extra bed need a direct capacity check with ages. The owner text establishes the possible sleeping surfaces, but it does not settle every adult and child combination. Ask whether the extra bed suits the third guest. A child may have different needs from an adult, and the room's usable space matters when everyone has a bag. Get the full party accepted instead of using a general family-friendly detail to add a person.
Double Superior is the main hotel's named private-terrace choice. The owner puts it on the upper floors and offers a double bed or twins. Choose this when you expect to use outdoor space attached to the room, with the real bed format settled. A terrace can earn its price for a pair who return between outings. It does not prove a third guest place, so do not move Standard's extra-bed option into Superior merely because it is listed as larger.
The Superior terrace is a different feature from a shared rooftop space at a hotel. It also does not mean a private pool. Keep the exact outdoor space on the room offer if it is the deciding feature. The main hotel's own room detail supports that private terrace, while guest comments on the home page are not our source for broader views or sleep claims. This guide has not visited the bedroom or measured sound from it.
Murillo lists air conditioning and heating, plus private bathrooms. Check those basics in the exact room you book. A kettle and minibar are different from a kitchen. If cooking matters, ask for a named suite with the equipment and address confirmed rather than applying group-wide facilities to a main-hotel room.
For arrival, use Lope de Rueda 7-9 and ask where the real vehicle drop-off will be. A hotel pin in a narrow historic area does not show whether a car can reach the guest entrance or where to move the bags. If you need a barrier-free approach, ask for that route and the room route as one request. The last part of the arrival can matter more than a short-looking line from a station or taxi stop.
The hotel advertises transfer offers on its website. Do not turn a promotion into a free transfer with every room or channel. Ask whether the real offer includes the service, who provides it and where the pickup or drop-off happens. The same applies to breakfast or any late departure benefit. A room that fits the party still needs its real rate terms before it can be compared fairly with a hotel where those items are priced separately.
For a first visit built around Santa Cruz, this is a clear door to compare with Castelar in El Arenal. Mark the visits you have booked and the evening return you expect. The closer-looking choice can change when a different room gives your party the beds or terrace it needs. Neither neighbourhood name proves quiet or a level route. Use the real hotel and room, then decide which return works for the days you will repeat.
Choose Hotel Murillo through its own named rooms. Settle Single bed wording if useful, the real Standard setup or Superior's private terrace and beds. Retain the whole party and any transfer or breakfast terms on the offer. That gives you a Santa Cruz hotel choice with the practical details clear, rather than a group page whose suite facilities have been moved into the wrong property.
Las Casas de El Arenal gives this guide a Castelar address on the old-city side of the river. The current owner lists Castelar 14 and 16, with number 16 as the hotel location. Use that door when you compare the arrival and daily return. The hotel name alone does not make it the same stay as another property called Las Casas elsewhere in Seville or another city. Keep the exact address on both the room booking and the transport plan.
The hotel offers three main room types: Classic, Deluxe and Deluxe Plus. Each has a stated limit of two people plus a cot in the current room detail. That is a useful choice for a pair or a pair travelling with a baby, with cot terms still to confirm. It does not establish a third adult or an older child in an extra bed. A larger room name should not be used to expand that limit by guesswork.
Classic can have two beds or a double. The owner says bed requests depend on availability at check-in. Two friends who need separate beds should ask whether the hotel can actually confirm them for the offer they intend to buy. A request that remains open until arrival may not be enough. For a couple happy with a double, the same room can be a simpler choice, provided the rate and outlook suit the stay.
Deluxe is an exterior room with a king or queen bed in the current detail. Do not move Classic's twin option into it. A pair who value an outside outlook may prefer this category, while friends who need twins may be better starting with Classic and a firm answer. More space or a more expensive room does not make every bed choice possible. The room's name and sleeping format should stay together throughout the guide.
Deluxe Plus also has a king or queen bed and the same two-people-plus-cot limit. Its named extra is a hydromassage bathtub in the bathroom. That may earn the room for a couple who want that feature, with the real setup checked before booking. It is not a third sleeping place. The bathtub also should not be treated as evidence of a private swimming pool or unrestricted shared spa use with every room rate.
The hotel's broader facility wording needs care. Its homepage uses pool and spa language, while the detailed services page names a Jacuzzi subject to availability. Those pages do not give one clear account of the swimming facility and its terms. If a pool is essential, ask what is actually available and when before choosing this hotel for it. This guide keeps that question open rather than turning broad introductory wording into a confirmed swim plan.
The same care applies to building descriptions. The owner introduces the hotel as two linked historic houses, yet another part of the page refers to a much larger house count. That difference does not need to decide a stay, but it is a reason not to invent a precise room route from the introduction. Ask about the real bedroom and the path to it if stairs or changing levels matter. A courtyard setting is not a full access plan.
For a baby stay, retain the cot request with the chosen room and ask about any age or space terms. A capacity field that includes a cot does not prove one is already placed in the room. If an older child needs a separate bed, get clear acceptance of that setup before paying. Do not treat a child search box on a booking form as proof that each listed room accepts the same family group.
The hotel lists a breakfast room and room service, with options to add breakfast. Keep the real meal plan clear on the rate. A free delivery service for a continental breakfast is not the same thing as a free breakfast with every room. A snack or drink offered in a package can also have its own terms. Compare what the whole stay includes, rather than using a general service heading to infer meals you have not booked.
Parking is away from the hotel and spaces are limited in the owner detail. Ask for the real car park and whether a space can be held. Plan the luggage move to Castelar as a separate part of the arrival. This differs from Zenit's own garage setup, but neither detail by itself guarantees space for your dates or a vehicle of any size. Give the hotel the details it needs to confirm the real setup.
For a pair who want an El Arenal return, compare the room's outlook and bed choice with the visits you will repeat. The owner places the hotel in El Arenal near the cathedral-side part of Seville. That is a setting, not a timed walk or a claim that every route is level. Compare each hotel entrance with the places you have booked to visit. If Triana evenings are a major part of the plan, compare Zenit's side of the river as well.
If sleep is a deciding factor, ask about the assigned room's position. A Classic or Deluxe name does not provide a measured sound result, and an interior or exterior outlook can bring different surroundings. This guide has not tested noise in the hotel. The useful reply is about the real room you can reserve, especially if you want a named outlook without paying for a feature that is not confirmed.
Choose Las Casas de El Arenal through a two-person room with the right bed setup, or the same room with a confirmed cot. Keep the Deluxe Plus bath with its named product and leave the broader pool question open until the hotel resolves it. Then settle real meals and the parking or guest-door approach. The Castelar return can earn the base without relying on a generic spa claim or an assumed extra bed.
Zenit Sevilla gives Triana a checked hotel door at Pagés del Corro 90. Its real base is on the Triana side of the river, rather than at a cathedral-side old-city address. Compare it when evenings or other plans on this side earn the return. The hotel's use of the word central does not make its journeys the same as Murillo's Santa Cruz door or Castelar in El Arenal. Put the real visits against each address before deciding.
The ordinary Double offers a double bed or two beds in the owner detail. The FAQ asks guests to request a double bed and makes that request subject to availability. Get the real sleeping setup clear, whether you need one main bed or twins. The room's soundproofing detail is the hotel's claim, not our test. A sensible room choice can use the listed facilities without turning that language into a guarantee of quiet for every guest.
Executive Junior Suite adds sitting or working space and offers a king bed or twins. That does not establish a third bed or a closed second bedroom. If two people will use the extra space through the day, it may earn the room for their routine. A party of three needs a product with their full guest mix accepted. Keep the room layout and capacity separate from the appealing word Suite.
For families or friends who need privacy, Premium Family is a more useful lead. The owner lists two linked rooms, each with its own full bathroom. That is a real distinction from simply putting a sofa in the same space as the main bed. Ask for the complete bed setup in both rooms and the party allowed across the pair. The existence of a connecting door does not tell you every sleeping surface or the exact mix of adults and children accepted.
Premium Family Plus is a different linked pair, combining a regular room with a larger Premium room. Both have their own bathrooms. Compare it when the added space in one room is useful, but do not infer more guests from the Plus name. The full bed plan still needs checking for both sides. If the internal door is essential, retain it with the real room pair rather than booking two unrelated rooms and adding a request afterwards.
The FAQ uses another family Junior Suite term when answering an extra-bed question. That label does not map neatly onto every current room name. Use the real product offered by the hotel and ask how the extra bed fits. Do not combine a bed option from the FAQ with a linked-room product from the current list unless the hotel confirms that exact setup. A clear answer avoids a family arriving with one sleeping place still assumed rather than supplied.
Suite with Jacuzzi and terrace gives a large main bed, a sitting area and private outdoor space looking towards the hotel's private square. Its Jacuzzi is listed in the bathroom. This is a room choice for the feature you want, with guest acceptance still to confirm. It is different from the hotel's shared swimming pool. A terrace does not make the bathroom Jacuzzi an outdoor hot tub, and a suite name does not prove another bedroom for children.
The owner also advertises Goodnight apartments by the hotel's private square. These are a separate product with two bedrooms and a kitchen, listed for up to four people. The website gives the apartments a different tourism registration from the hotel. Do not book an ordinary Zenit hotel room expecting the apartment kitchen. If you want self-catering, resolve the exact apartment offer and its terms, rather than moving the group's broad kitchen feature into this hotel's Double room.
The hotel has a shared pool with guest access in the owner's FAQ. It is a summer-season facility, and the page says the terrace and pool close on rainy days. Ask for current operation during your dates before choosing through a pool routine. A rooftop photo is not proof that swimming is available on every day of the year. The room terrace and the shared pool also remain separate features, with different access questions.
Arrival by car needs the latest entrance details. At our October check, the owner warned that works affected the main vehicle entrance and gave a temporary route ending at Calle Ruiseñor. Ask whether that route is still in use before you drive. The hotel's address remains key for identity, but a navigation app sent only to Pagés del Corro 90 may not settle the current garage approach. The owner notice is a reason to confirm the last turn, not to assume the works have ended.
Zenit has its own car park, with a charge. Ask whether a space can be held and whether the entry works for the vehicle you will use. Keep that cost with the full stay guide. The garage can be a useful reason to choose this base, but the hotel still needs to confirm real access and space. If you leave bags after checkout, ask how collection and any later parking are handled instead of assuming the room rate covers the rest of the day.
For public transport, use the current operator route to this real hotel. The owner page names several bus routes, but this guide does not turn those older directions into a current service promise. The airport's official page calls its airport bus EA. Check the real stop and any onward change for your arrival date. A hotel with a river crossing in its daily plan needs the whole final journey considered, rather than a generic airport-to-centre time.
For access needs, the FAQ says adapted rooms can be provided on request. Get the real room assigned and ask about the entrance and route to it. Add the bathroom details that matter, plus any terrace or pool route you intend to use. A suitable room on paper does not settle a temporary vehicle approach or each shared space. The useful choice is the one whose complete route works for the people travelling.
Choose Zenit when Triana and a confirmed bed or linked-room setup earn the base. For a pair, compare Double and Executive through their real beds and sitting space. For a family, get the full pair and internal door, rather than adding capacity from the word Plus. Keep any kitchen with the separate apartment product. Then settle current pool operation and the real entrance before comparing the whole rate with the two old-city hotel doors.
The diagram uses Trip.com hotel locations to compare Santa Cruz, El Arenal and Triana. Plan the river crossing, street route and actual reception entrance separately. Ask Zenit whether the temporary vehicle entrance still applies to your arrival date; its postal address does not settle the garage approach.
Open the map at full size. Original point map from cited coordinates, checked October 2026. No street map or route geometry is reused.
Compare the three bases through the guest limits and beds, plus room questions that matter to your party. Confirm every essential bathroom or outdoor, or swimming feature before booking. Keep the arrival entrance and any parking arrangement beside the room, since they can differ even within a central area.
Hotel Murillo
Best for: Choose Santa Cruz for the Standard beds or a Superior room with a private terrace.
Location: Calle Lope de Rueda 7-9, Seville.
Official evidence: Standard offers a double or twins, or twins with an extra bed. Superior offers double or twin beds and an upper-floor private terrace.
Trade-off: Confirm extra-bed ages and acceptance. The Single description and icon differ; kitchen suites at other group properties are separate offers.
Before booking: Confirm the room, beds, guest ages and terrace, plus meal terms. Ask where the transfer can stop and how to reach reception.
Best for: Choose El Arenal for a two-person room with any cot agreed.
Location: Calle Castelar 16, Seville.
Official evidence: Classic, Deluxe and Deluxe Plus accept two people and a cot. Classic twins are a request; Deluxe and Plus have a king or queen. Plus adds a hydromassage bath.
Trade-off: Classic bed requests depend on availability at arrival. Ask which swimming or spa facilities will be available, as the home and service descriptions differ.
Before booking: Confirm the bed and cot, plus ages, plus bathroom setup. Settle any essential pool question and meals, plus off-site parking before booking.
Best for: Choose Triana for a confirmed main-bed choice or internally connected rooms.
Location: Calle Pagés del Corro 90, Seville.
Official evidence: Premium Family joins two rooms with their own bathrooms; Plus joins a regular and Premium room. Double offers a main bed or twins. Suite has private outdoor space and a bathroom Jacuzzi.
Trade-off: Confirm all guests and beds in a connecting pair. Kitchen apartments are separate. The pool closes seasonally and in rain, and the vehicle entrance may be temporary.
Before booking: Confirm the internal door, guest ages, pool dates and parking space. Ask whether the Ruiseñor vehicle approach still applies.
Seville airport and rail, plus car arrivals: plan to the hotel entrance
Start Seville arrival planning with the real airport, rail station or coach stop. Aena's current airport page names the EA airport bus and links to Tussam for the real service. That provides an official place to check the route you will use. Do not treat a city-centre stop as the hotel entrance. Add the final part with bags and any onward change before deciding whether the bus fits the arrival better than a booked road transfer.
We do not quote an airport fare or fixed journey time here. The real ticket and service need checking when you travel, and the last part differs between the three hotels. A room page's older airport directions may not reflect the present route or terms. Use the airport and operator for the service, then the hotel for the final approach. This keeps a valid airport ticket from being mistaken for a complete door-to-door plan.
For Hotel Murillo, send the driver or provider Lope de Rueda 7-9 and ask for the real drop-off. If a final walk is needed, settle where it starts and how you will move the luggage. Do not assume a pin drawn in Santa Cruz proves a car can reach the entrance. If a guest needs a step-free path, ask about that path and the room route together. A short distance can still involve a surface or doorway that matters to the party.
For Las Casas de El Arenal, use Castelar 16 for the guest arrival, with the hotel's wider 14-16 address set out on the booking. If you drive, get the off-site parking location and space terms. The car park is a separate destination, so include the luggage move to reception. If you choose a transfer, ask about the exact stop rather than treating a broad El Arenal label as enough. Include the last leg to reception with your bags.
For Zenit, ask for the latest vehicle entrance before the drive. The current owner notice points to a temporary approach via Ruiseñor while works affect the main entrance. Keep that notice with the date of your check and ask again near arrival. If you use public transport, get the real stop and final crossing or walk for the hotel. A garage route is not by default the route a walking guest should follow to reception.
For a rail arrival, use the station on the ticket. Santa Justa is not the same arrival point as a coach station or a stop reached by a local train. Plan the onward route from the real exit you will use. If a day trip leaves from a different place, include that journey too. A stay chosen through one arrival should still make sense for the trips you will repeat, rather than saving a journey once and adding a difficult one each day.
Plan the return to the airport or station before choosing through a convenient daytime arrival. An early departure can change the service that works, and a full party with large cases can change the road vehicle needed. Ask for the real pickup point and any early access to stored bags. If you use an advertised hotel transfer, keep its price or inclusion tied to the real offer. A promotion on the homepage is not a confirmed vehicle for your departure.
The map in this guide uses public hotel property points, with no street routes drawn. It does not survey steps or prove where a car can stop. Use the real entrance and current operator route for the journey that matters to your party. If access is a deciding factor, ask the hotel about the exact room and bathroom as well as the street approach. The arrival is complete only when both parts work for the people travelling.
Seville for first visits, family privacy and the real daily return
For a first Seville visit, choose a repeated return rather than a blanket best-area ranking. Murillo gives Santa Cruz through a real room and bed setup. Las Casas de El Arenal gives Castelar through a two-person room or cot plan.
Zenit gives Triana through ordinary rooms or a confirmed linked pair. Put the real visits and evenings against those doors. The choice should work for the days you will have, not just the first landmark on a map.
For a pair, bed choice can decide before location. Murillo lists a double or twins in several products, while its Superior adds a private terrace. Arenal Classic has twin or double requests subject to arrival availability, while Deluxe and Plus name king or queen beds. Zenit also asks guests to request the preferred bed. If separate beds are essential, retain the real answer on the exact offer instead of choosing through a general two-person limit.
For three people, ask for a room that clearly accepts the whole party. Murillo's Standard can have two singles with an extra bed, with ages and acceptance to confirm. Arenal's stated two-people-plus-cot limit is not an older child's extra bed. Zenit's linked products need the full beds and allowed group resolved. A larger room or family label can be a useful lead without being a complete sleeping plan for three adults.
For families who need privacy, Zenit's linked rooms provide a real question to pursue. Ask about every bed and both bathrooms, with the internal door kept on the offer. If you want a kitchen instead, the separate Goodnight apartment product needs its own match and terms. Murillo's suite properties also have separate identities. A group website can show the room style you want without proving it belongs to the hotel offer you are about to choose.
For a couple seeking outdoor space, compare the real products. Murillo Superior has a private terrace. Zenit's named Suite has private outdoor space with a bathroom Jacuzzi.
Arenal's Deluxe Plus has a hydromassage bath, with broader pool facilities still needing clarification. Those are different ways to use time at the hotel. Decide which feature you want, then keep it on the room offer rather than treating every terrace or bath photo as the same amenity.
For a stay built around swimming, resolve the real pool before allowing it to decide the hotel. Zenit's own FAQ makes its shared pool seasonal and subject to rain closures. Arenal's homepage and service detail need a direct clarification of what is available. Murillo's private-terrace room is not a pool product. A photo can show a real feature without establishing its dates or access terms, so check the real use you expect during your stay.
For a longer visit, ask how the room works when you spend more time inside it. A kettle and minibar are not a kitchen, and sitting space is not necessarily another bedroom. Free Wi-Fi does not establish tested work speed. If one guest needs to sleep while another stays up, get the real layout rather than relying on the word Suite. A slightly different base can be worth choosing when its room works better for the way you will share it.
For an access-led stay, choose through the full path to the exact bedroom and bathroom. Zenit's adapted-room request needs a real assignment, and its temporary entrance is a separate arrival issue. At the other hotels, historic houses and patios do not prove level access. Ask for the details that matter to your party. A hotel close to a sight can still be the wrong choice if the room route does not work.
For a car trip, compare real parking plans and the current entrance. Arenal's off-site spaces are limited. Zenit's own garage has a charge and a temporary approach to check.
Murillo needs the real guest drop-off and parking answer for your stay. None of those choices can be settled by a generic parking icon. Include the luggage move and any vehicle limits before comparing the full cost and convenience of the bases.
For a car-free visit, compare the routes you will repeat from each hotel entrance. A Santa Cruz or Arenal stay can suit one set of old-city returns. A Triana base can earn its value when time on that side is part of the trip. This guide does not promise that every sight is within a fixed walk of any hotel. Choose the real visits and current service, then check whether that plan still works on the day you expect to be most tired.
Other areas may fit a different Seville stay. This shortlist does not grade Centro, Alfalfa or Alameda for safety or price, and their absence is not a warning. Those choices need their own checked hotel and room guide.
Compare these three addresses through their beds and arrival details. Ask about unresolved features before booking. A smaller shortlist can be enough when each option has a distinct reason to earn the stay.
After the room works, compare the full rate and what it includes. Keep breakfast and cancellation terms with the real booking channel. Add real parking or transfer costs if needed.
An upgrade or special offer should not replace booking the feature your plan requires. No live prices or inventory are shown here. The final offer should accept the whole party and retain the room name and beds, with key feature on which your Seville choice depends.
Before you choose a room
Compare the Santa Cruz, El Arenal or Triana journeys you will repeat from the actual hotel entrance.
At Murillo, settle Standard beds/ages or Superior private terrace, keeping suite kitchens separate.
At Arenal, retain two people plus cot and Classic twin-request terms.
Resolve the real swimming facility before choosing Arenal through its broad pool wording.
At Zenit, get all beds/ages and the real internal door for each linked pair.
Keep apartment kitchens with the separate Goodnight product, not ordinary hotel rooms.
Check whether the pool is open during your stay and how rain affects its use. Confirm meal inclusions and arrange any parking or transfer you need.
Confirm real guest drop-off and current Zenit vehicle entrance, then departure route.
Open the hotel you chose on Trip.com and check the exact room before you pay.
This is desk research from the sources linked below, with hotel location and feature checks in October 2026. We have not stayed at or tested these hotels. The area choices express our judgment about trip fit. No price, availability, safety grade or service rating is implied.
Hotel Murillo: main hotel, separate suite properties: Murillo gives its Lope de Rueda address and separates the main hotel from group apartments, so kitchens in those apartments should not be assumed in hotel rooms.
Hotel Murillo: rooms: Murillo separates ordinary doubles from terrace products, but conflicting single-bed wording makes the actual bed and accepted guest count essential to confirm.
Hotel Murillo: location in Seville: Murillo gives its Santa Cruz guest address, which should be used to agree a drop-off and final approach rather than infer access from guest reviews.
Hotel Casas de El Arenal: Las Casas de El Arenal gives its Castelar address, but differing facility descriptions mean swimming and Jacuzzi access should be clarified before choosing it for those amenities.
Arenal Classic: two people plus cot and bed request: The Classic room allows two people and a cot with double or twin requests subject to availability, which does not establish an extra adult sleeping place.
Zenit Double: correct room detail23: Zenit's Double description gives a double or twins with bath or shower alternatives, so confirm the actual allocation rather than assume a third guest or fixed bathroom.
Zenit Executive Junior: correct detail25: The Executive describes a king or twins with sitting and work space, which does not establish another closed bedroom or a third sleeping place.
Zenit Suite with Jacuzzi and terrace: detail26: The Suite describes a large bed and private outdoor outlook with a Jacuzzi bathroom, which should not be mistaken for an outdoor hot tub or pool.
Aena: Sevilla Airport bus access: Aena links Seville's EA airport bus and local operator, so check the actual stop and final hotel approach rather than rely on a fixed travel time.
Visita Sevilla: Triana Bridge and river setting: Seville's tourism board describes Triana Bridge and its riverbank setting, which gives area context without establishing a district boundary or permanent access hours.
Visita Sevilla: El Arenal setting: The tourism board places El Arenal between the cathedral area and river, helping compare the setting without promising a uniform price or noise level.
Visita Sevilla: Santa Cruz Square: The tourism board's Santa Cruz page describes the square, which provides local context rather than a precise boundary or access guarantee for the wider neighbourhood.
Trip.com: Hotel Murillo location: The listing places Hotel Murillo in Seville for the hotel map; check the hotel’s own directions for the entrance and your route.
Trip.com: Las Casas de El Arenal location: The listing places Las Casas de El Arenal in Seville for the hotel map; check the hotel’s own directions for the entrance and your route.
Trip.com: Zenit Sevilla location: The listing places Zenit Sevilla in Seville for the hotel map; check the hotel’s own directions for the entrance and your route.
A dated check records what the source said at that point. It does not guarantee that the stay or route is unchanged. If you spot an error, send the page and the correction. We can then recheck the affected hotel or area, or arrival note.
Compare Murillo for Santa Cruz, Las Casas de El Arenal for Castelar or Zenit for Triana through the real room and repeated return. Settle the beds and full party before choosing through a broad central label. Each address supports a different arrival and daily plan, with no fixed whole-city walk promised.
Does every Hotel Murillo room have a kitchen or private terrace?
The group lists separate kitchen suite properties, which do not establish a kitchen in the main hotel’s Standard room. Double Superior is the main hotel’s named private-terrace choice. Keep its real beds and party acceptance with the offer, rather than adding Standard’s extra-bed setup to Superior from its larger name.
Can three adults use Las Casas de El Arenal’s Deluxe Plus?
Classic, Deluxe and Deluxe Plus each list two people plus a cot in the current owner detail. A hydromassage bathtub or larger room does not establish a third adult place. Give the hotel the real party and get a suitable offer before adding an older child or adult from a general family search box.
Is Las Casas de El Arenal’s pool clearly confirmed by its pages?
The homepage uses pool and spa language, while the detailed services list names a Jacuzzi subject to availability. Ask what real swimming facility is available for your dates before making it the reason to book. Deluxe Plus’s hydromassage bathtub is a separate room feature, not proof of a private swimming pool.
Do Zenit’s Family rooms all have a kitchen?
Premium Family and Family Plus are linked hotel-room pairs with their own bathrooms, whose full beds and guest acceptance need checking. Goodnight apartments are a separate two-bedroom kitchen product with their own terms. Do not book an ordinary hotel pair expecting apartment cooking facilities from a broad group feature list.
Can I drive to Zenit’s usual main entrance?
At our October check the owner warned of works affecting the main vehicle entrance and gave a temporary route via Ruiseñor. Ask for the current approach before driving, rather than assuming the notice has ended. Keep the real garage entry separate from the hotel’s postal identity and a walking guest’s entrance.
Is Zenit’s shared pool open in every season?
The owner lists a summer-season pool for guests and says rain closes the pool and terrace. Confirm real operation for your dates if swimming will decide the stay. Its named Suite has a private outdoor space and bathroom Jacuzzi, which is different from year-round access to the shared pool.
Verdict: where to stay in Seville
Choose where to stay in Seville through the real room and return. Match Murillo’s beds or private terrace, Arenal’s two-person/cot setup or Zenit’s confirmed main beds or linked pair to the party. Keep unresolved pool details and separate apartment kitchens clear. Then settle the real arrival and parking approach, with current vehicle entry and departure checked before you choose the full rate.
Open the hotel you chose on Trip.com and check the exact room before you pay.
